AIR is an AI receptionist service for local service businesses. It is operated by Blue Water Detailing LLC, a California limited liability company based in Long Beach, California. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Blue Water Detailing LLC.

We collect only what we need to answer a phone, book a job, and follow up on it.
If you book a phone consultation with us, we send a short series of text message reminders about that appointment. The messages confirm the date and time you agreed to, give you a link to add the appointment to your own calendar, tell you the phone number the call will come from, and answer any reply you send about the appointment. We do not send promotional or marketing offers through this program.
Consent is given verbally during a live phone call with us, at the time you book the appointment. Before that call ends we read your mobile number back to you and ask your permission to send the reminders. We record that permission, along with the date it was given, in our own records. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers from any third party list, and we do not collect numbers from any web form on this site.
No more than four messages per appointment, plus any reply to a message you send us. Messages stop once the appointment has passed.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for the messages.
Reply STOP to any message from us. The messages stop immediately and no further messages will be sent to that number. STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and CANCEL are all honored. We also record the opt out in our own records so that a future appointment cannot restart messaging to your number.
Reply HELP to any message from us and you will receive our business name, a phone number you can call, and the instruction for stopping the messages. You can also reach us at 562 685 3603.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never will.
We share information only in these situations:
Calls to an AIR line may be recorded or transcribed so that the business can see what a caller wanted. California is a two party consent state, so where a call is recorded, callers are notified on the call. If you would prefer not to be recorded you can say so and ask to be called back directly.
Call records and transcripts are kept for as long as the business we provide the line for remains a client, and are deleted on request. Appointment records and messaging consent records are kept for at least four years, because we are required to be able to show that consent existed.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email anderslawrence5@gmail.com or call 562 685 3603 and we will respond within thirty days. If you are a California resident you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to the text messaging program will be disclosed before they take effect.
